Yeah, but those beers aren't sold in BR.

No beer until later, but did get a nice little present from FedEx.

Nice!

I thought the Mash & Grind was outstanding, but there isn't much about a barley wine aged bourbon barrels on coffee that doesn't sound good to me.

Agreed, but I'll find out for myself.

I figure you've had these?

Haven't had the Oude Tart on cherries. FedEx 'lost' a shipment that had half a case of those.

Sour in the Rye on Kumquats was pretty good though.

Bruery sent out an email this morning that Chocolate Rain and Mocha Wednesday(Black Tuesday aged on Coffee and Cocoa Nibs) are going to be released to the RS/HS next week.

I'm not a big fan of black tuesday, but chocolate rain is supposed to be really good.

Also, reserve society members can buy SitR w/ Kum quats and Oude Tart w/ Cherries from the Bruery store right now. Plus Bottleworks XII and The Wanderer

Nice. BT and its variants are definitely on my ISO list. Is that Wednesday one a first timer? Hadn't heard of that one.

Next 2 at the Brewpub:

CCB- Homestead Pale
CCB- Hopped on the High Seas

The Leon's Grandson keg just kicked, waiting on a replacement to try that.

Just ordered some Half Hitch from Crux. Thoughts?

"Imperial India Pale Ale - 10.0 ABV - 80 IBU
Hops climb up twine that’s just loosely tied to the trellis with a half hitch knot— and this Imperial IPA is just loosely tied to tradition. The Mosaic hop imparts surprisingly floral aromas instead of the more expected grapefruit-y notes. On the palate, complex layers of flavors might remind you of guava, mango, stone fruit and lemon, unraveling your idea of what an Imperial IPA should be."
