Urban south seems to have the same ideas i get when i mention a beer I'm contemplating in the homebrew thread. I'm almost positive they are lurking for their next big seller.. 
Anywho, my idea after making some legit pina coladas for my wife last week, was to make a pina colada kettle sour that used coconut cream, vanilla bean, and pineapple, instead of flaked coconut.

I’ve got one in the fermenter now. Kettle sour with pineapple coconut and a little lactose. I’ll report back with some research this weekend.
