FBD Ballast Point Dorado DIPA......now this is a good beer. Much better than the Sculpin.

I've never seen so many beer opinions that I disagree with as I have in the FBD threads lately
To each his own, I guess

FBD is a Great Lakes Lake Erie Monster IPA courtesy of KJI via Coater. Good stuff.

I agree. I usually don't like IPAs, but am willing to try just about any beer once. I really enjoyed the 60 minute and was the first IPA I've ever liked and would buy again.

SBD - Sierra Nevada Beer Camp Imperial Red Ale.

I think this one is pretty good. Not quite as hoppy as I would like, but very drinkable.

Finally joining in on one of these threads this week. Just got done getting beers from Calandro's and Boo's but I'm drinking this one thanks to Kim.

FBD: RR Row 2 Hill 56

No sense saving them. I mean the bottle does say:
"KEEP COLD, DRINK FRESH, DO NOT AGE! COMSUME FRESH OR NOT AT ALL! RESPECT HOPS, CONSUME THIS BEER FRESH!"

I guess they want me to drink it now.

Yep. Different palates like different flavors.

Pliny says either the same thing or something similar.

After the Brux, I've moved on...

Green Flash Hop Red
Sierra Nevada Hoptimum
Grimbergen Dubbel

I have officially shot the moon on the two beer limit. I should have stopped after teh Brux but when you have so much good beer in the fridge, you just want enjoy...except for the the Dubbel. It's mediocre.

I need to drink mine ASAP... I think it'll be a Blind Pig, Pliny The Elder, Row 2 Hill 56 gauntlet while I brew my own IPA on Saturday.

Today though...
FBD: Clown Shoes / Brash Brewing Flight Of The Pimp
SBD: Lazy Magnolia Timber Beast courtesy of s14suspense

Two winners here, in my book. Different sorts of beers but I thoroughly enjoyed the Flight Of The Pimp and am about to write a review of the Timber Beast for the my blog... it'll be a positive one.

Not in that order thought right? Row 2 might seem über pale after those 2 IMO. Really good though.

Haven't thought about the order really... probably Row 2 first just because it's new to me and I want to try it without a ruined palate!

Second and most likely final beer of the day.
