I'm trying to get a little cellar going on.

Just drank the last bottle of our first batch of homebrew last weekend. It was around the 1 year mark and it was still pretty awesome.

I need to thin my cellar out a little bit. A whole rack on the new kegerator/beer fridge and I still have beer sitting out on the waiting list.

My Racer X from last night

Also, thinking about possible beer swapping, which of these 4 Russian River beers would you be most interested in. These are available at the closest Whole Foods to me:

is that an open question or specifically to LSUBoo?

I'll find something to trade for any of those four

I'd love to get some Racer X, Supplication, or Consecration.

I agree with you 100% on that assessment R2R. Totally unremarkable beer.

And I even had it on draft. Sampled another one of theirs too (a saison I think?) and it was awful.

The Courir De Mardi Gras? Yeah, mediocre beer in my opinion.

The pure joi mello dubbel was the best thing Bayou Teche has made (by far).

The bier noire needed more body. I enjoyed it though.

I got a bottle of this from BMoney and it was just OK, but still the best of the LA31' I've tried.
