Tbd. 2.5 years in the making and finally on tap. Biere de garde crossed with a Cabernet Sauvignon and fermented with a mixed culture. Lots of funk. Just enough sourness.

I thought the coffee is so well integrated into the stout, that it doesn't taste like a beer or coffee...

That beer is going to be regularly distributed, now, but they will change up the ingredients with each batch.
