NBD - My last Ghost. This is better than it was a couple of weeks ago. I was telling Kim, that Andrew should keep this Ghost just like it is, keep brewing Bloom (maybe bump it to a DIPA), keep OV and Envie as is, and then rotate. DDH version of all of this beers into the mix...

NBD - Hoppy Holidays. This is an unusual beer. Good and maybe great. Has spruce tips and fir tips on it, in addition to hops. They give it a sweeter, fruitier nose and taste, rather than the pint flavor you might expect.
ETA: Dak Prescott is going to be a great QB for a long time. You can tell that the game has slowed down for him...

I say MGGA. Keep Bloom and DDH Envie in their current states of glory. Tweak Opus back to batch 2 status. Make a brand new DIPA with the new yeast.

my understand is that they will rotate OV and bloom throughout the yr and
then change the hop variety in the DDH
but then again i was drunk i might have all that wrong
