I would rather drink 2 big beers than 4-5 all day type beers. I can make them last just as long, too, as I don't have a tendency to chug, as much. I sip, let my tastebuds recover, and sip some more.

FBD was a fireman's 4 at around 8am at DFW. I think this is 7BD: Adelbert the Traveler IPA.

SBD after a nearly 7 hour break: Green Flash Road Warrior. I'm not as high on GF as some, but this is well done. Darker than I expected, but a great nose and full of flavor.

Same here. The session beers have their place though at crawfish boils and the like.

That Vermonster is interesting, folks were pretty divided when we tried it. Half enjoyed it and the others would have drainpoured it. Never seen Switchback before.

Back home for 3bd. Always nice to burn more than you intake.
3bd is a uinta brewing wyld
This beer got mediocre reviews online. But it packs in a ton of flavor for only 4%ABV. Would highly recommend for a round of golf, festivals, crawfish, tailgating etc.

yes. these were canned the first week of March, so i find it's fallen off slightly, but it's still incredible.
I'll bring one saturday. after lunch we may have to head to the quad to split it.
