i got drunk last night.. after my 4bd (which was a nola ics iirc), I lost count and I'm nursing a slight hangover.. hoping getting a little booze in me will kill the headache.. im going to nola with some friends tonight and I need to keep up

-14 mile trail run through Radnor Lake with snow flurries the whole time. Too bad it didn't stick. My legs are shot.

FBD - Deep Ellum IPA - I've be laying off the beer and carbs and have dropped 3 lbs. I need to drop about 10 more before the spring race season starts.

This tastes more like a barleywine than a rye iipa with its malt but I'm really digging it. Anyone else had this one?

Crappy beer day so far

Dumped 8 bombers of my first batch of homebrew because they were over carbonated

FBD was to be a Adelberts Black Rhino, but it tasted like metal and carbonation so I Tetu'd that crap too

FBD is good people IPA

SBD: Green Flash Grand Cru. Last time I had this was several years ago. I see the logo has greatly improved.
