FBD was a while ago but same beer. Easy drinking pale ale homebrew.

Glad you tried it again. It does have a bitter bite but I don't find it overwhelming personally.

Fbd comes our Dear friend in the Northwest....Megafauna Imperial IPA from Laurelwoods Brewing co. In Portland, Oregon....140 IBU!

Very nice nose pops on this one. Seems pretty fresh...I'm getting some pine and citrus and not a bitter bomb like you would expect from 140 ibu.

Ryno can you discern the extra 40 IBUs past 100? What is it like in that other ibu world?

NBD is an allagash saison. Fantastic easy drinker. LBD is next. Contemplating.
