FBD is some juice. Internal temp is at 160.

Will post. I am a noob smoker, so this is a learn as you go thing for me. I am learning that "the stall" is real. The meat reached 160 a while back, then dropped back to 158 and has been stuck there.

I am having a cup of coffee then moving to 2BD.

It is crazy and makes me wonder if the thermometer is working. ETA: the temp is moving again and is back to 160.

Yes, after watching lots of YouTube videos, advice from other FBD posters and consultation with Bjorn the dead man, I plan to wrap at 165 and cook to the round # of 203.

2BD is a Holy Roller. This is really good and crushable.

bought several 6 packs for my bachelor party next weekend. Going to pair well with sandy beaches and salty air

Harvest has stepped up their beer game picked up some Ghost, Holy Roller, Fried, Quatrafoil, and breakfast stout. Almost grabbed some Envie but got a look by the Gf.
