SBD is a NEIPA from the batch my BIL brought down. It’s got a pepperiness from the hops that I’m not too fond of. Still fun to drink beers I can’t get down here!

Really makes a nice crust. Mix some seasoning in there too.

Yep. I coated the ribs with mustard and then seasoned as usual. I will probably do it again next time I smoke ribs.

Our cake is a lie at Parish changed my life today.

ETA Despite the rave reviews here and other places Attacus Atlas is one of the few IPAs that I do not like....the hop pairing there just wasn't for me.

Just ROLLING through the brews at home now! TBD is a beer I KNOW I like. LA Brut is my favorite beer right now, but this batch I just bought yesterday has obvious differences from the first batch I bought last month. I’d imagine it’s probably the centrifuge they just got. The beer is definitely more clear. Intense jackfruit and light papaya this time around. I just love dry, modern-hopped beers.

Bro Dad, where you at? We need to exchange some Homebrew. I’m digging the haze you got going on...

Oh yeah. Drinking new beers is great. We now have some world class beers brewed here in LA, but I love trying new stuff that I've never had.
