Happy Sunday fellas, cracked a Big Baptist Reserve for lunch today. They blended their best barrels from 2018 and 2019 to create this awesomely smooth brew

They have a solid barrel aging program. I'm a big fan of the original BBB.

FBD: Southern Grist DDH Mixed Greens IPA
2BD: Blackhorse IPA
3BD: Bearded Iris Ink Drop Imperial Stout
4BD: 2011 Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Barleywine

ETA: 9 years might be a bit too much cellaring, this has gotten really bitter and astringent.

FBD Spaghetti Models while battening down detritus before Marco. Had 2 of these lurking in the back of the fridge, though they’re not the freshest.
