FBD - Lazy Sunday

It’s a beautiful morning out here in Covington. 70° with a light breeeze. Can’t ask for better!
Our Tigers won in both basketball and baseball yesterday and hopefully baseball can finish out the weekend today vs. Airforce @ 3pm.
FBD is, for me, the best NEIPA in the state, courtesy of Curdbaw.
Gnarvana is Gnarly Barley’s Double New England IPA. Ever since I had it at the release for their 4-year Anny, I’ve been hard pressed to find a NE I really like BETTER. It presents with intense mango-peach on the nose and that follows right through to the palate with intense tropical mango and stonefruit along with some pleasant grapefruit bitterness. It drinks with body, but isn’t overtly chewy. Taste is semi-sweet, but not cloying and has enough bitterness to balance out the residual sweetness. Gorgeous goldenrod haze in the glass, this beer is it all.

FBD is a Cerebral Burner Phone. Bridges and Tunnel Taproom in Astoria is doing a Colorado tap takeover. Weldworks, Cerebral, and Our Mutual Friend have 3 beers each on tap. Pretty crazy to find this in a little town in the boonies at the mouth of the Columbia River.

Man I’m jealous of you guys. On a beer drought for a while but still brewing.
Nice day for some beers too.

NBD's are Matryoshka with vanilla, almond, and coconut and the other one has all that plus blueberries.

second can, not the same color as some of other ones being posted and has a weird malty taste to it. Not sure if oxidized or not
