Wife has food poisoning. 9 month old tried to eat the end table at high speed and busted her mouth.

Nice start! FBD for me in a bit after doing some yard work. Below is a pic of my haul from RR this week. It's in the other thread but of course I had to put it in the FBD thread. Everything made it home alive. Ready to share at the next Houston tasting, which will hopefully be soon.

Hmmmm... Reverse sear for Father's Day. Genius!
I never trust my wife to pick out my reverse sear cuts. She doesn't have much experience with big pieces of meat.

Get some Deep Ellum and Community while you're here (good Dallas Brewers), of course anything local to Houston (Karbach, St Arnolds, 8th Wonder, Buffalo Brewing), Jester King and Oasis brewing (Austin), Ballast Point if you can't get it where you live, anything Prairie (Oklahoma), what else am I missing?
That's mostly Texas or local stuff. Are you looking for that, or for things that we get in Houston that aren't local, or both?
We get a lot of Firestone Walker as well. All of their stuff is great.

Thanks for the info. I was actually at deep ellum last week. I love their stuff. I was mostly looking for Houston stuff I haven't had yet. I will be picking up some FW and BP beers also.
I've been to specs in Dallas, they have them in Houston too, right? Is that the best place to go? I think I remember seeing that whole foods does growler fills.

Best place for growler fills is probably Growlers Montrose or maybe Hay Merchant bar. Specs on Smith Street in midtown is the way to go. And go to this specific location, not any other Specs in Houston. This location has by far the best selection. You will be like a kid in a candy store.
