NBD - a personal favorite during fresh hop season. This fresh hop beer tastes nothing like regular Eliot. It has a very intense and earthy flavor that starts out as persimmon on the nose and turns into Oregon potting soil at the finish. And I mean that in the best way, possible. This is a very unique beer.
