FBD at PDX is a Buoy IPA. Classic NW IPA. Perfect preboarding drink.

Happy Easter everyone.

FBD is my last dark fruit Waxing Poetic while I grill this bad boy.

I am attempting my first standing rib roast. Kosher salt overnight in the fridge, blotted down this morning, kosher salt and pepper, then Dijon mustard garlic and herbes de Provence over charcoal and apple wood chunks. Hoping this turns out ok.

Dozer sent me one of those. I drank it last weekend I think. I was impressed. It was so complex.

Unfortunately with this much hops in a row, they start all kinda start tasting the same. The bright side is they're all very delicious.

Walked out this morning and got hit in the nose by spring. The citrus and Jasmine etc are all blooming and it smells wonderful. Had Deviled eggs for breakfast Da wife calls em angel eggs cause she dont want nuffin named devil in da house. She walked by the lap top as I read this thread and paused at the post above and asked whas that used beer?? Guess das why I love her so. You youngsters and ya poodly beer have a most joyous Easter. Me and da ole lady gonna settle down to a good meal maybe a Jesus movie and a few Busch tall boys. I'd show yall but some one here is a real beer hater and deletes me when I do.

Happy Easter FBD people.

Just the wife and I this holiday, but figured we could class things up a bit.

Made a pitcher of grapefruit and strawberry sangria.

Also for brunch I made a bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and fried egg sandwich with chipotle mayo.
