PSA for those thinking about coming to Portland for some beer drinking. The glass I'm drinking from came from the best beer festival I've ever been to. The Oregon Gardens Beer Festival. If any of you are in Oregon during that festival, it is a must go. It's a beer fest in the woods. They have a tent with bands, but the rest is so spread out, that it's just really laid back. They have well over 100 beers on tap.

The weather when you came wasn't conducive to spending a lot of time outdoors, but the summer should be gorgeous. You gotta make time to hit Hood River and the beaches...
