I never make it out there. My condo is right next to Chimes LSU, so it's convenient to walk over.

Not sure yet. I will be coming in for the opening of a friend's place and it is still a moving target.

what's their focus like? i.e. - what % of their taps and of their bottles are American, German, Belgian?

Very cool. Keep me in the loop. And whatever it is, be it a craft beer bar, new restaurant, a veterinarian, nail salon .. i'll still check it out.

really good. my first time trying it. lots of chocolate. not getting much rye/spiciness but i do get a hint of hops. very clean finish. not a heavy beer at all. it's one that i could drink all day. not sure what the abv is but it doesn't seem very high.

eta: it's 5.7%

Mostly American. I'd say 60/20/20.

Solid local selection. A lot of west coast representation. I don't remember their entire lineup but stuff like Delirium and all the Spatens were accounted for. It's a nice place, def should check it out.

Is She an LA now?

No, she took "some time" off when we had our second kid. The place she worked at phased out their LA office, at least at the Dallas office.

Is that at LSU?

Yeah, at the time it was in the basement of the Architecture building but then they built a fancy new building.

4BD is an Aviator HogWild IPA. Not bad, but not good either. I'm glad I only had one.
