not sure about their belgian style stuff, but my understanding is they are more "farmhouse" ales in terms of using wild yeasts and what not

They are, but classic french and belgian style beers is what the owner said they really like to go for.

There is the possibility I misunderstood him since I was pretty damn buzzed by the time I got to a tour, and it was really really loud in there.

But either way, I really enjoyed a lot of their offerings.

Kim they just showed an LSU fan with a mohawk, That wasn't you, right?

No, not me! I did get plenty of screen time though whenever they showed a right-handed batter in the batter's box using the camera next to the LSU dugout.

SBD back home from a tough loss is a Surly Overrated IPA. No offense to the Tigers intended.

It is a good beer rutiger, but we have been spoiled by drinking top notch stuff almost every day IMO.

Not that there is anything wrong with that.

But jk doesnt really make belgian style beers.

Pretty much every beer I've had from them was based on Belgian or French farmhouse styles and techniques, so yeah, they definitely make Belgian style beers.
