not sure about their belgian style stuff, but my understanding is they are more "farmhouse" ales in terms of using wild yeasts and what not

There is the possibility I misunderstood him since I was pretty damn buzzed by the time I got to a tour, and it was really really loud in there.
But either way, I really enjoyed a lot of their offerings.
