I think I love almost everything Gulf Coast seafood.

Stuffed flounder
Shrimp and grits (better if you use some Rabideaux's smoked andouille)
Grilled oysters
Fried specks (just simple fried trout is so good)
Anything shrimp
Grilled reds, YFT, snapper, grouper, lemon fish
Blackened reds
Seafood gumbo
Crab cakes

My family has a place on Cape Cod, so it’s difficult for me to say anything but oysters. Man, doesn’t get much better.

Otherwise, I really like clams, lobster, Dungeness Crab, Blue Crab, scallops, swordfish, and salmon.

I think my favorite fish is Chilean Sea Bass for a white flaky fish and I like Ahi Tuna for a firm texture fish. Hard to beat a good ole fresh skin on Red Snapper or wild Salmon. Love fresh Alaskan King Crab. Can’t go wrong with a properly cooked lobster. I love Royal Red shrimp but for shrimp boils I like the normal regular shrimp we get off the docks around here. Clams, mussels, calamari or sea scallops are tasty. I like seafood period so that’s a tough question to answer if I had to just pick one.

Red snapper is underrated. Caught and pan fried it's dam close to lump crab meat.

A fried filet of speckled trout or a fried whole flounder that slept in the bay/Gulf of Mexico the night before.
