Jif smooth

Is smooth a regional LA thing? I have never heard creamy PB called smooth PB and now seen it mentioned a few times in this thread.

I think the adjectives on the container say smooth and creamy. (Referring to creamy peanut butter).

Any love for the peanut butter, mayo, and banana sandwich? Grew up on those.

Every now and then I'd use hamburger dill slices instead of the banana. So damn good!

Stir together creamy Jif, grape jelly, and honey until well mixed. Make sandwich with Bunny Bread.

I can't believe it took this long to include bananas.
I can't believe it's now 3 pages and no love for my favorite PB&J ...

Fig preserves and crunchy PB on white.

Pear jelly has a place too. Smooth with jelly, crunchy with preserves.

(I moved around a LOT as a kid, 5 cities before I finished the 6th grade. Dad was working his way up the corporate ladder and promo = move. Not gonna get into the whole debate on which major local white is best, fresh is best for each.)

They do not. At least not Jif or Peter Pan. You LA guys are just making stuff up

I've never heard it called smooth either until this thread.

Smuckers Natural it's simple and tasty (ingredients: peanuts)

All the major brands "Natural" version are so much better than the OG product. After switching to Jif natural, I almost can't eat the regular Jif. It tastes so much worse.

Add some bacon and you’ve got a real treat. The salty/sweet combination is great.
