Mix one packet per two pounds of meat before pattying. Add Tony’s to your taste.

I like liquid hickory smoke too. Favorite use is to add it to ketchup.

My go to is Tony’s, as uncool as that is these days. And garlic powder.

I take a burger sized hunk of ground beef, and season with both of those. Then I fold the meat over on itself and shape the patty. The middle has now been seasoned. I season the top side and place it seasoned side down in the hot skillet. I then season what is now the top side. Also, I only use the garlic powder in the first seasoning.

Paprika
Worcestershire sauce
A little bit of cream cheese

Salt the outside of the patties before grilling

I use Texjoy steak seasoning. After it's done and I put it on the bun, I sprinkle a bit of Jean Pierre's Season All on top of the cooked patty.
