All of those are solid.

I'll throw out Cobia as my favorite. Grouper is great too.

Whatever has been recently plucked from the Gulf honestly. As long as it's fresh and not over cooked it's fantastic. Red snapper (skin on please), cobia, and yellowfin are probably my favorites. I think I'm going to experiment with grilling whole specks soon. Just scale em and cut a few slits in the meat. top with a chimichurri or a tomato basil butter sauce.

Good tilapia steak is hard to beat.

Halibut is pretty good on the grill and hasn't been mentioned.

For the most part I agree. Except for when I grilled up some Spanish Mackerel. Holy Mackerel it's some greasy cat shite.
