Fast Food Drive-Thru Speed & Order Accuracy Survey

With Drive-Thru now in large demand I was wondering if folks could share what fast food chains have improved.
A+ Chick-fil-A and McDonalds
The McDonalds I frequent for a fish sandwich is actually faster than CFA, but I think that's mainly because there line is always much shorter line of about 8 cars than CFA. But they move those cars really fast.
Any thoughts on other Fast Food drive thru experiences?

No data to support but when I worked on the south shore I called it Taco Bell Roulette. You could order what you wanted at the one on Airline but it was a 50/50 shot what you were actually getting. I often wondered if the workers were even looking at their screens.

I rarely if ever have an issue. If nothing else I end up with extra food. Popeyes, Wendy's, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Burger King, Chick-Fil-A - can't tell you the last time I left missing anything or getting home to the wrong thing.

In N Out is about as good as I've ever seen. Drive through lines that stretch forever yet they move pretty damn quickly. The inside will be packed as well, but it's a well ordered, speedy process they have.
Doesn't hurt that they have a very basic, limited menu, compared to most places. But that's a bonus in my book. I know what I want when I go there, and so does every one else.

I went to Burger King for the first time in a while. I absolutely despise ketchup and mustard and will not eat anything with it. I figured asking for a whopper with specific toppings might be too complicated so I asked for plain hamburgers. First they try to hand me mozzarella sticks. Then the burgers are of course fully loaded with everything. Had to send em back and they probably spit in them or something. Horribly understaffed and everyone was confused. I feel bad for these people, but I’m certainly not going anytime soon again. I usually base my drive thru decisions on what they are least likely to mess up on, chicken Nuggets is a winner.

McDonalds drive-thrus are terrible in general but the one on Clearview in Elmwood is a special kind of hell. There are 3 spots for people to pull up whose orders are taking a long time
Do the employees use these spots? Hell no. That would require them to walk 10 feet to give the people their food.
It's much easier to just let someone wait ten minutes at the window while the line snakes almost to Clearview. frick that place.

Chik FIl A is easily the best. Around us, Popeyes is the worst. They just don't give a rip.

Any of the chain places are more dependent on where you are than what they are. The Popeyes in New Orleans or Baton Rouge is staffed by people that are largely unemployable and/or clearly are only there because their work release program requires it. Go to a Popeyes in most small towns, especially away from the Interstate and it’s a different story. The labor pool makes a big difference, as can a single store manager that actually gives a shite.
