You read it right. Our next food challenge ingredient is corn and submissions will be accepted from 9:00 am - 11:59 pm, Saturday, Jan 23.

What is this "winter" you speak of? I think I have encountered it on the occasional vacation to Colorado, but in my 41 years in La and South TX, it's just a rumor as far as I can tell.

As far as I know it can be any kind of dish that contains corn. That’s how I look at it.

I got it. Seems like corn is a supporting ingredient as appose to a main ingredient for most dishes.

This is some I grew and picked end of June. I have a bunch in the freezer. This is Peaches and Creme and it’s a super sweet. I’ll see what I can do with it.
