If you mean to eat in a restaurant, Maison Lacour. Escargot comes in cans, Whole Foods probably has them if you want to make it at home.

Mansurs and Sullivan both used to serve them. Not sure if they are still available there.

Galatoire’s had good escargot. Of course, those things are just delivery vehicles for garlic butter.

Cafe Degas and La Crepe Nanou are my favorites around here, but, as with the local macarons, they are a far cry from the ones you get in Paris.

Yep. I keep a can at the house. Put them with some mushroom quarters in the escargot dish, a few dollops of garlic butter, some bread crumbs, and then off to the oven

Fresh Market used to sell frozen ones ready for the broiler. Ask at the seafood counter. Haven't checked in a few years though.
