Wife wants me to make a green salad tonight and add some crawfish and shrimp
What are some of y’all’s favorite dressings to use on a salad like this? I’d assume ranch would pair well?

Cousin’s Creole Tomato dressing. If not available in your area, there is a recipe in the TD cookbook. Link in the second stickied thread above.
A remoulade or a garlic aioli would also be good.

Parmesan peppercorn is my go to dressing on a salad with popcorn shrimp.

Bingo. The most correct answer I could even think of.
Here's a recipe to make it at home if you care to attempt it.
2 cups mayo
7 oz. chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup minced garlic
1/2 tbsp. black pepper
Mix well and refrigerate after using.

Hanley's Sensation dressing with shrimp
Maybe ranch with some blackened seasoning for crawfish.

Not a dumb question at all!
What Darla said and I also like to use a Louie dressing for seafood. It's delicious!
Here's a good Louie recipe which would work with the shrimp and the crawfish. I use it for crabmeat as well.
Shrimp Louie
Here's one I made a while back. The shrimp are tossed in Creole Tomato dressing. The crabmeat is a West Indies salad.

+1 on the Louie dressing
A thinned out remoulade (red or white, as you prefer) is also good.
