Its just me and the dogs and i just got let go by my client. My wife is out of town. Time to throw back some beers. I found a year old steak in the freezer and decided to thaw it while i got lit like a 3 eyed goat...
Chopped some herbs... more to come...
Progress report.
Shrooms are cooking and I just got goosed by the pit bull. Another beer is needed. This one is scary good at 10% ABV. I could end up burning the steak.

Well, now, the cast iron has finally shown up! Why did you have the meat on the fire itself at all?

I have a pitt-cur mix that hates soccer balls. Hates. But loves all other animals and cats and people. But what she do to a soccer ball rolling through the back yard will make you scared.
