Took 20 minutes total, feeds several people, cheap (except the beef).
Missing pic of the beef, but 1 lb 93 lean, browned. Not drained!

I'd eat a few bowls of that any day of the week. It may not be gourmet but it's probably pretty decent.

Tonight I made it again but with black beans instead of Kidney beans, and the spice mix was the box with a guy who looks like Ronald Reagan on the front. It's on the stove now, done, covered, coagulating. No Fritos though, just Santita's.
