Who makes the best dressing mix? Savoie? Richard’s? Poche’s? What say you?
ETA: I’ve used Richard’s for years. Always add a couple pulverized livers as neither they nor Savoi have liver, only gizzards, last I checked. Thanks for the replies.

I've been using this one.
As mentioned, Harold's is good.
Baudin's is good too.
Poche's used to be great, but the last few years I've found it's not any better than the others. I guess the mass processing killed it, just like their boudin.
