There's no question that there will be men there without coats on. But I would not want to be one of them.
There are only a handful of places in New Orleans where I wouldn't go without a coat:

I will throw in Clancy's, Gautreau's and Cuvee.
I am in a suit most of my life anyway so its easy for me, but I wish more people would dress up for dinner.

When I went with a group (I think there were 12 of us), all of the guys had sport coats on & the girls all wore dresses.
