Domino's $50 gift cards selling for $40 on Amazon today

Domino's is simply the best of the national pizza chains. Second is far behind Domino's. Whether it is the delicious pan pizza, which is better than Pequod's or the snappy thin or the authentic Brooklyn style or even the old reliable hand tossed, Domino's did something amazing in the previous decade with its crust recipes. They went from the worst of the national chains to the current top spot. In doing so, Domino's stock rose in value even faster than Apple. A decade ago it went for $8 a share. Today it is $384. I think it was 2011 when I first tried the new recipe. After weighing it and finishing it in five minutes, I immediately went to my trading account and bought a sizeable position in the company. I was so sure of the company's expansion. And I was glad I did so. It is a great company.
Today, friends, I received three $50 gift cards in my inbox. Two of them were from my friends of TigerDroppings, or at least they said they were. If it was you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. The third was from myself, another Domino's investment. I do not often buy gift cards online, because so many websites have fraudulent cards, but I felt comfortable buying from Amazon. When you check out, use the coupon code "DOMINOS" for $10 off a $50 card. Be sure that the gift card logo you choose is not the bland one set as a default. If you scroll through them you can find a Nativity Scene. It says Feliz Navidad, not Merry Christmas, but it is better than a generic Domino's brand card. If you use an Amazon credit card, you get 5% back, equating to a purchase cost of $38.
Domino's three topping large for pick-up for just 7.99 is the best ongoing deal in national chain pizza, even better than the Little Caesar's $5 hot and ready. I always get an extra marinara sauce to push my total to just over $10, so that I get my share of the pie rewards, which requires just six purchases to get a free pizza. I value one rewards credit at $1.20. Doing the math, when I purchase that large three topping, my real cost, when using these gift cards is $6.40 after tax. Now that's a deal we can all agree is great.
Best of all, these emailed gift cards make great Christmas gifts. Be generous!

I eat pizza so little nowadays that when I do, it's got to be some nice local place. Although I am interested in trying Whole Foods. I heard it was good.
There are two good places here in Walnut Creek you should try the next time you are in town. Skipolini's on Giammona Dr. and Slice House on Mt. Diablo Blvd.

Whole Foods was good 10-15 years ago, but the one on Magazine hasn't served a good pie in quite some time. The one in Metairie was always bad. Perhaps you, SuperSaint, Mother, and I can grab a pizza at one of your recommendations next time in the Bay Area.
Domino's is a better value and often times a better product than many of the pizzerias in New Orleans. I actually prefer Domino's to the homeburgers' favorites, Pizza Delicious and Domenica. As I own Domino's, as do many other New Orleanians, purchasing Domino's pizza is keeping some money in the city.

The Pizza Hut Pan pizza is far superior to the Dominos Pan Pizza. If we are talking thin-crust, Dominos > Pizza Hut, Papa Johns !
