Does anyone know what's being built on Coursey?

Looks like some type of small restaurant or fast food place is being built on Coursey, just past Sherwood going towards Airline. I think it's where Semolina's used to be.

Yea, next to the plasma place. I figured it might be Checkers, but I heard someone else mention Andy's Frozen Custard.

I saw an article in one of the local news places about it recently and they have checkered pattern on the side. I haven't had Checkers in a long time. I seem to remember it being somewhat similar to Fast Track but maybe I'm just not remembering it very well.

They opened one up by the Cabela's in Gonzalez about a year ago (next to Sonic). It was busy for about 2-weeks and then it dropped a lot. Now it seems it's just another FF burger joint.

Checkers/Rallys are basically the same I believe. I always felt they were close to Fast Track burgers.

There is a Checkers on Florida Blvd just west of Foster and there is another one inside the Central Walmart.
