This place popped up on my FB feed. Wick open a new place? Did Diversion Pizza close or is this a 2nd restaurant? And more importantly, anybody been?

First the Italians, then the Asians. Who will be Wick's next victims?

We have been pretty quiet for the past couple of months as we refined techniques and improved cooking speeds. We are getting there. There will be a few items you know, a lot of stuff that is approachable but unique. There is some Chinese, some Japanese, a little Thai, some Hawaiian. Some of the fish is being flown in from Hawaii.

This will be changing up soon, perhaps this weekend it is the Opah from Hawaii with green beans and bok choy. This fish is staying the base is changing
This is a scallion noodle dish with pork.
These are inari pockets stuffed with sushi rice and either blue crab or tuna.
This is the item we are featuring this week and probably what you saw on Facebook, the Irish Spice Box. Fresh potatoes, chunks of chicken, sweet and hot peppers, onion, and a bold dry spice mix served with a Japanese curry dipping sauce.

All of the dishes look great!
That opah has a serious sear on it! I find it pairs well with sweet accompaniments. We paired it with sweet potato & coconut milk with a touch of curry. Additionally,we were getting them whole and saved the trimmings and off cuts for ceviche & poke!
