Dining/drinking recs in the Keys.

Looking to stay in Marathon but looking for casual places anywhere in the Keys.
And if anyone has recs for a better location to stay, please chime in.
Just 3 days and 2 nights.

We stayed at Hawk's Cay over New Years and ate at "Keys Steak and Lobster House" and Lazy Days South on Marathon.
Both were good and had large menu selections. Both very seafood oriented which is what I wanted being down there.

best meal we had was definitely Louie's Backyard. A close second was Santiago's Bodega. Both were great but Louies was amazing.

Florida Keys Brewery is aight too.
Islamorada Fish Company, Lazy Days , Marker 88 are all good. Second that Lorelei is a great spot, especially at sunset.
My favorite is Bayside Gourmet (used to be Bayside Bistro I think)
Not sure about places to stay, we always rent a house for a week every year with friends.
Edit: There is a great Cuban place in Key Largo on the way down. The better you speak Spanish, the better the service.

I really liked El Siboney in Key West for Cuban. It may have been my favorite meal there, even though it's sort of an off the beaten track (definitely no sort of view or anything) divey sort of place.

Duvall street. Grab a seat anywhere outside and watch the crazies go by.

Just went for a week’s long vacation back in June...spent 4 days in Key West and 4 days in Islamorada. The Fish House in Key Largo, Chef Michael’s and Ziggie & Mad Dog’s in Islamorada were both damn good, 915 on Duvall, A&B Lobster House, Moondog Cafe & Bakery...all in Key West.
Sloppy Joe’s was where we found ourselves a couple times to get drinks before dinner.
Rented a couple of those golf cart/four runner deals to get around Key West...made parking much easier. Stayed at the Saint Hotel Key West while there and Cheeca Lodge in Islamorada.
