They changed them a few months ago
No more wing tips but the wings seemed to be much bigger, similar to pluckers
I didn't notice the sauce being any different
I thought the wings were an improvement.
I've always liked hooters

Some people do.
Flat without tip.
Flat with tip.
I guess you can say flap too.

I don't know if they changed but I had some a few months back during a football game and they were pretty bad.

i know there are better wings, but i do love me some hooters. i guess it's nostalgia. when i was a kid there were no chicken wing places in houma, so the only time i could get wings was twice a year....when we went to the boat show and when we went to the sportsman show. and obviously we would go to hooters (on veterans).
that being said ive never been to a restaurant where they spend so much time entertaining the kids. my kids absolutely love going there. i dont know if ALL hooters locations are like that, but ours really goes out the way for the kiddos.

I like Hooters wings. Much better than Pluckers imo. The last two times I've went the Hooters wings were massive and good with no tips on the flaps. I like them better. Love the 3 mile island sauce.

We had to stop going to the Sportsman show when my brother in law came home with no draws on. My sister in law was PISSED..... Champagne Room at Visions will do that to you.

Went to Hooters twice in the last couple of months.. the wings there never really did impress, but they aren't bad. Just a lack of spice heat for me, even at the hottest. If I want decent wings and skimpily dressed women, I go to Hooters or Twin Peaks. Hooters has a better craft beer selection so I will usually go there.
If I want great wings I go to Plucker's. I love incredibly hot wings, I've eaten BWW's 'blazin' sauce multiple times, but I have a tough time handling Plucker's 'hot' wings.. But it's so damn tasty I can't help myself.

We switched over to the flaps with no tips a few months ago. No change had happened from when I started in 2002 up until that point. The only exception would be supply chain issues. The reason for this change is that Hooters was the only company that used that tip. More than likely, Tyson offered us an incentive at the top level so they didn't have to produce this wing for just Hooters anymore. The wing is bigger and increased cook times. Though we are in line with the current trend of 20 minute ticket times, I hate it. For those of you who may disagree with my statement of that trend, realize Louisiana is usually about 5 years or more behind any trend. As far as the fish sandwich, we hate it. We now use a cod that is a terrible product. We made phone calls to get off of this requirement but to no avail. I laughed in a director's face when he told me "it goes over great in New England." These current owner of Hooters of America are just trying to flip up or take us public, the latter being the most likely.

Not really... I have the iron gut of a billy goat
Wings are my favorite. If wings and beer were healthy, I'd be one fit arse mofo

And just lack of caring what goes over in another market. The big fish was legit!
