Food:

Brewed (and beer)
Lorena Garcia Tapas Y Cocina
Whitetail Bistro
Abacus
Shinsei
Reata

Beer:

Flying Saucer

ETA: Reata. Also, if you're a Amex Platinum and up (maybe some others?), the Centurion Lounge is pretty good and free (mostly).

Same here. And a lot depends on the terminal you are in as some terminals have better options than others. And I sure as shite ain't going to a different terminal than I'm flying out of.

Ol baw has a 3 hour layover. If my options are Friday's, Chili's Too and Auntie Anne's, I can manage to ride the fancy escalator up to the SkyLink so I can find some good grub during those 3 hours.

Yeah I don't usually try to go all over the airport but with a 3 hour layover I've got time.

Look at what terminal D has and you’ll likely find something there. It’s by far the best of what we have to offer plus it’s easy to get to with the terminal link.

Whitetail Bistro
Reata

Best two places to go in terminal D. If you feel like getting out of the airport I would try Meat U Anywhere in Grapevine. With a 3hr lay over you should have more than enough time to get there and back.

I’m hitting Lorena Garcia next time through, but haven’t tried it yet. Looked pretty cool and classy. Long bar set up.

Was thru there a few days ago at lunch, and every SOB in terminal A was lined up at Papasito’s like they were giving away food. I skipped that line and got a decent soup and sandwich at La Madeleine. I can walk to a LM from my house and have been only once, but it was decent enough for airport fare.

With the ease of getting around via Terminal Link, you will have tons of good options.

You could be like me when I have to go to Amarillo and El Paso for work and have 2-3 hour delays. Slim Pickens to say the least
