Depressing story about dairy Queen

Was sitting with my family getting some ice cream and observed this man order a burger. They brought it to him and it was wrong. He then brought it back and patiently waited. Wrong the second time so he specifically tells the cooks what he wanted. Third time wrong again. He gets his wife then leaves leaving the fries and drinks on the table. How can you expect $15 an hour and get a simple hamburger order wrong 3 times in a row with the man specifically telling you what you want. This was in Baton Rouge dairy Queen. Maybe someone who works there or knows someone there can let them know of the issue. Our dipped cones and root beer float was good though.

Felt bad for the guy.. Another table had to bring two of their orders back as well.. Maybe the person fixing the food can't read and is just putting shite together... I don't know..

Had the same thing happen at Wendys a few years ago.
Dine in, late evening, nobody there. I ordered burger no mayo. Burger comes out with mayo.
I take it back, tell them....it comes out with mayo again.
