Yeah we are going to need to continue to perfect this.

I think what we will do next time is that each previous participant gets to pick an ingredient. The champion will pick 3. The 4th vote will be open vote.

I think that will be a much better system.

Shiitake is in the top 6.

For my second vote I vote for OxTail.

If we're getting second votes, I'm all for some Russian Imperial Stout.

I voted for it earlier(thought it was two at that point), it may have 3.

Might be better to allow regular stouts as well since RISs might not be available for everyone. Stone is pretty readily available here, but I'd imagine places outside of the cities probably don't have access to many stouts, much less RISs.
