Has it improved?

Very expensive. And I'd have to say not worth the bang for the buck. Death by Gumbo is very good like $16.00 a large cup. No way bigger enough for 2 unless one is a small taste!!!

I'm not going to be helpful Les, I think it's overpriced but the service is excellent.

Also, think DBG is overrated. Don't plan on going back anytime soon.

I would get the turtle soup over DBG.

I haven't been in about a year, but all my meals have been excellent and worth the cost. Some of my reviews were in the dining guide RIP. Most comfortable chairs in town service was also excellent.

Pricey, but the Scallops & Foie Gras with Shaved Truffles are phenomenal.

It's a unique and quality restaurant. However, there's just better options in NOLA. It's also overpriced IMO.
