I pass that one frequently. I'm just always on a diet when I pass it so I just cry inside.

Not a traditional beef French dip, but the smoked pork loin poboy at Chelsea's is money.

Dempsey's
Dempsey's is not a French Dip..You get a thicker brown gravy on the side with theirs unless they've changed it. It tastes pretty good though, but Dempsey's normally over salts the hell out of their stuff.
Jason's Deli makes a decent f-dip, as does Mike Willies...Jay's BBQ used to, but not anymore.
George's & Brew-Bacher's make a good f-dip as well, that's if you can overlook the nastiness & uncleanliness of those places.

I'll give that a try next time I go. Once I find something I like I seem to stick to it rather than trying other menu items.

It's actually the first thing I ever had at Chelsea's. I've had most of their menu (it's one of my favorite places), and still in my top 3. The way they marinate the chicken is awesome.
They're doing Restaurant Week right now (3 courses for $15), and the Mojo Chicken poboy is actually on that menu. Of course, the Chicken Fried Chicken is too, so talk about a big decision

How does that place stay in business? I remember it being overly-priced, mediocre food with crap service.
