Actually pretty good.
I like the concept, it's a create your own pizza joint were they fire it in a brick oven.(Like Lit)
We just went for the first time over the weekend. It was legit.

Fresh fresh fresh!

We have PizzaRev here in Shreveport that is the same concept and honestly that looks much better. My wife loves PizzaRev. It's just alright for me.

What gluten would be in the normal red sauce?

There's not.. that's choices of crust. Original (chosen) or gluten free.

No, look at the menu under 'Sauces'. There's a 'Cravin Redsauce' then a 'Gluten Free Red.'

I like the Red Vine at Blaze. Blaze also has their nutritional info available, which Lit Pizza says they'll also have by the end of 2018

aah okay, missed that.

Maybe some of the seasonings in the sauce have wheat anti-caking products or something?

I emailed them in July last year and they said Q4 2017 they'd have it, too. Don't get your hopes up too high

Lots of these places are popping up been to Mod Pizza and Blaze as well.

Houma of all places just opened one, it’s legit with a great tap list as well.

It likely has more to do with cross containination from them spreading the sauce on the pizza, then dropping the ladle back into the sauce, They could also be using ingredients or seasonings from places that certify it is below the levels allowed, or not using ingredients that are “manufactured in facilities that also process _____”
