In another thread, several people mentioned that they like Cousin's Creole Tomato Salad Dressing. Here is my copycat recipe you can try. The original product only had these 4 ingredients, but now the formula has been changed to prolong shelf life (according to a friend that knows the maker). The garlic, being raw, gives the dressing a nice "bite".
Cousin's Creole Tomato Salad Dressing
4 cups mayonnaise
6 oz chopped tomato
1/2 cup peeled garlic cloves
1 tbsp black pepper
Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

I would a little salt, but it looks good. Creole toamatoes in season, right?

Hmmm....interesting. There's a certain texture to it that I can't quite figure out.

I actually tried it with Roma tomato, but obviously Creoles would be an improvement.

I love this dressing. Especially on top of sliced tomatoes (duh). I'm so trying this.

Just made it. I did believe it so I went for it. 4 of us have begun to demolish it already. Please note that it's like 40 minutes after u posted recipe. Lol.

Does it taste close? It's obviously good if you're demolishing it.
What measurements did you use TA?

Very good. I think it needed to set for a day to really gel.
I halved the recipe.
