Courtyard brewery’s hop fest being shut down by ATC? UPDATE: Its on!

Anybody have insight into this? Courtyard tweeted that they were attempting to shut down the event for Saturday.

For those who don't know, I found out that Great Notion is sending Ripe, Juice Jr, and Pina Kaleidoscope. All excellent beers.
If all of the breweries send three good kegs, that is going to be a shite show.

If you decide to come to Portland, let me know. Even if I'm not in town, I'll point you in the right direction. I have to balance family and beer all the time. Great Notion is one of those quirky little places that has enough character and the food is good enough that your family won't mind. Plus it's just a block away from Salt and Straw ice cream and in the same building as Pine State Biscuits, which are two Portland institutions, so...

Anyone know what the ATC is claiming as a basis?
Courtyard's microbrewery permit is essentially a retail permit. I don't see what hosting this festival could be doing wrong.
