Depends on the application. Flour for anything over than enchilada. Made Crawfish enchiladas on Sunday with corn torts, fing amazing

I am flabbergasted that someone actually said a white flour (bleh) tortilla has more taste. Sense of taste lost at birth? Corn tortillas are more healthy as well.

Guerrero corn tortillas are the best. My girlfriend lived in El Paso and swears by them. They are pretty damn good.

I prefer flour tortillas if they're made in house but I rarely order them because they will turn you into a fatass in no time

Ate at La Hacienda in Epcot a few weeks back and what I order came with tiny corn tortillas....they unspeakably nasty...rest of what I got was wonderful

Corn tortillas for enchiladas, flour for burritos etc. But I much prefer the taste of corn. A good corn tortilla can be eaten by itself.

Steaming them is one option, as is a quick 10 - 20 second fry in a bit of oil, but if you have a gas stove just put them down on the burner and toast them over the open flame for 20 - 30 seconds flipping a few times. The heat will make it pliable for your taco and the toasting will add flavor.
