Anyone know what seasonings/herbs they used to use? I was thinking about this the other night watching the LSU games while 10 beers deep. Would be fun to recreate for a game night.

There had to be a good bit of cumin mixed in there.

The owners/workers were middle eastern. I always assumed it was gyro seasonings. Full of herbs like oregano and thyme.
It had too many herbs for me, but as a college kid, I still ate it.

I once got into a heated brawl while ordering a gyro at akasha. I said “this dumb blond bitch needs to hurry up and finish ordering”
Her boyfriend swung at me missed and then cracked a glass over his head. He called his boys for backup after he got whooped. Couple baws show up in a lifted f-250 and pop me in the face a few times then got back in and drove off.
