Royal Std seems like it would be a good class.

I attended one at red Stick Spice Copmany. There was a couple or two there, but I have to admit, I was underwhelmed by the class. And I would probably not be as high on the "foodie" scale as most of the posters here.

as of last year they did.

I want to like Red Stick Spice Company, but they dont have a lot of whole spices. i prefer to grind up what i need since there are many spices that i dont use really often.

Completely agree with you about Red Stick Spice Co. The people there seem helpful, but it's almost like they don't realize what their target customers are.

Kevin Sclafani, the chef at Ruffino's, is doing several this year on different cooking styles. I'm planning to take one or two of them.

I'll provide a class.... seriously. Just help pay for the ingredients and we can start from the beginning.
