Here was the last one a couple weeks ago. Wife said it looked better with the salad. She was out of town this time so intent with paper plate and no salad.

No disregard to your OP, but the second is just wow. That being said, I'd absolutely wreck both of them with a quickness. One is just "more right" if you know what I'm saying.

Looks great man. What cut of the deer is that? My deer steaks are always much thinner than that piece besides the straps.
