We don't go there anymore since they won't make quesadillas without ordering them online.

I wanted to reach more people and ask what they thought....about being told by an open restaurant "we're too busy to take your order"...and yet you're the first in line...

It’s hard to find a decently run chipotle imo. All the ones by my house have dumbass employees who don’t give an shite and they are always out of stuff.
The only decent one I’ve come across was in the business district where I used to work. And they did not accept online orders.

That's what they tried to tell me...it was just me in from front of the glass with young white employee telling me he didn't make the policy or the schedule. "We are not allowed to take your order, you have do it online"
"We can't control the # of orders online"...
I had 7 to 10 people behind me...
Its my belief you never disrespect a customer who traveled, parked and walked in to be served...
Online allows employees to go the pace they want to work...lord knows it gets boring and sloppy...
That many Online food orders suggests you don't need a retail store front...?
Its not easy working there...but if you sign up...work!

A Jersey Mike's manager told me he had an online order of a single cookie with door dash.

Unless I have reservations somewhere, I will only order food from a place if they have an online option. Sorry, can’t sympathize
