were ridiculously soggy & greasy when I went the other day...It had been awhile since I'd been there. Are their fries normally that bad?

Last couple times I've been the fries were terrible.

I noticed the fries are not the best, I guess some people like them that way, not moi. Some Windex or Fantastik could be used on the sticky tables too.

I ate there about a week ago. The smokehouse cheese steak was delicious as always. The fries were a large basket of soggy, greasy potatoes.

When I ate there last they were not soggy though. They were fried in peanut oil.

I think their fries are so good that I don't even have to use ketchup.

I'll agree. I went a couple weeks ago and they were dripping in grease and soggy. If crispy, I think they would have been great.

I personally don't like fries that are too crispy. Makes me think they're straight out of the frozen bag where I used to cook at.

As long as the cheese steaks are on point, I can care less about the fries

I had their double burger last week....awesome. The fries were not too bad, but i can see how they would be soggy at times.

I ate there yesterday. The fries were "shitty". Soggy with tons of oil on them.

Just ate lunch there and the fries were a little soggy. First time this has ever happened in the 6 or 8 times I've been there

Haven't made it to South of Philly yet, but Philly Me Up on Jefferson is damn good.
